لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minadh-dhalimin
None has the right to be worshipped but You, Glorified are You. Truly, I have been of the wrongdoers.

رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِّن لِّسَانِي
Rabbish-rah li sadri wa yassir li amri wahlul 'uqdatan min lisani
My Lord, expand for me my breast, ease for me my task, and untie the knot from my tongue.

حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ
Hasbunallahu wa ni'mal-wakil
Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs.

أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
Anni massaniyad-durru wa anta arhamur-rahimin
Indeed, adversity has touched me, and You are the Most Merciful of the merciful.

حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ
Hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa huwa 'alayhi tawakkaltu
Sufficient for me is Allah; there is no deity except Him. On Him I have relied.

إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ اللَّهُمَّ أْجُرْنِي فِي مُصِيبَتِي
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un, Allahumma'jurni fi musibati
Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return. O Allah, reward me in my affliction.
