أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ

Astaghfiru-llahul-'adhimal-ladhi la ilaha illa huwal-hayyul-qayyumu wa atubu ilayh

I seek forgiveness from Allah, the Magnificent, beside whom there is no god, the Ever-Living, the Eternal, and I repent to Him.
