"What does the Quran say when you feel like giving up?"
Allah says in Surah Az-Zumar (39:53): 'Say: O My servants who have transgressed against themselves, do not despair of Allah's mercy. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.' This verse is considered by scholars to be the most hope-inspiring verse in the entire Quran. Allah prohibits despair (39:53, 12:87) — making hopelessness itself a kind of sin to guard against.

Say: O My servants who have transgressed, do not despair of Allah's mercy — Quran 39:53
Wa la yay'asu min rawhill-lah. Innahu la yay'asu min rawhill-lahi illal-qawmul-kafirun
None despair of relief from Allah except the disbelieving people — Quran 12:87
If you are feeling hopeless, know this: The very fact that you are reading these words, seeking comfort, means your heart is still oriented toward Allah. A truly dead heart doesn't search for life. Your search is itself a sign of faith.
