اللَّهُمَّ مَا أَمْسَى بِي مِنْ نِعْمَةٍ أَوْ بِأَحَدٍ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ فَمِنْكَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ
Allahumma ma amsa bi min ni'matin aw bi-ahadin min khalqika fa minka wahdaka la sharika lak
